Skyhigh Security seeks a visionary VP, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide SE organization, aligning with GTM strategy and driving technical excellence for customers and partners. You will translate product visions into customer value, guide enablement programs, and drive field readiness across regions and channels.

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style with 30+ dispersed SEs.
• Experience in consultative, enterprise-grade solutions and partner ecosystems.
• Multilingual communications are a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization in alignment with Go-To-Market strategy.
• Establish KPIs, performance expectations, and forecasting against metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Services to share market insights.
• Act as Field CTO, translating product vision into customer value propositions and influencing roadmap.
• Ensure SE enablement, tools, and data (SFDC) support productivity and accountability.
• Partner with regional leaders to enable and close opportunities with channel partners.
