Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a strategic Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide SE organization in support of our GTM plan, translating product vision into customer value and guiding field readiness and technical excellence across channels.

Reporting to the CRO, you will build KPI-driven programs, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services, and travel globally to engage key accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Hands-on leader with 30+ globally dispersed SE teams.
• Experience in consultative solution selling of enterprise-grade platforms.
• Security software experience preferred.
• MEDDPICC transformation experience in startups/growth.
• Experience working with partners (resellers, SI’s, distributors, MSPs/CSPs).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Sales Engineering aligned to GTM strategy.
• Set KPIs and forecast with leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Services.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision to customer value.
• Drive enablement to partners and customers.
• Grow SE productivity using SFDC and data-driven metrics.
• Represent GTM model with one voice to clients.
• Collaborate with Partners to identify and close opportunities.
