Job summary

Skyhigh Security seeks a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide SE organization and ensure alignment with our go‑to‑market strategy. You will translate market needs into technical value, partner with sales and product teams, and drive enablement across channels.

You will mentor a global team of 30+ SEs, set performance standards, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes with a focus on security software, MEDDPICC, and strategic initiatives. Global travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Experience growing and evolving teams into top performers with an account-expansion mindset.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style with 30+ global SEs.
• Track record in consultative solution selling of enterprise-grade platforms.
• Transformation experience in startups or growth companies with MEDDPICC.
• Experience with partners (resellers, SI’s, MSPs/CSPs) is essential.
• Global travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization to align with GTM strategy.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations; report results and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Services.
• Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer value.
• Drive enablement, tools, and productivity using SFDC to monitor KPIs.
• Partner with regional sales leaders and align with channel partners.
