Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director to lead data center cost engagements and drive capital planning for major U.S. clients. This national role demands proactive project management, deep knowledge of construction techniques and real estate markets, and the ability to guide a fast-paced team.

You will manage fiduciary responsibilities, develop client relationships, and implement strategic improvements to service quality. Travel ~25% with remote work across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (construction-management, engineering, architecture or related).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning teams and engage with key clients on complex projects.
• Drive new business within dedicated accounts and coordinate solutioning across regional teams.
