Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a senior leader to manage Data Center cost engagements and drive new business with capital planning clients across the US. The role requires extensive project management experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction techniques and real estate markets.

You will mentor teams, lead capital planning initiatives, and ensure high-quality client service while navigating complex conversations and fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with preference for Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience translating outputs into client-facing deliverables (case studies, white papers, metrics).
• Knowledge of project cost management theories, practices and procedures.
• Ability to follow procedures and learn from senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital planning programs and complex projects.
• Mentor and develop team members; act as team lead for capital planning and dedicated accounts.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with global teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate with clients to manage fiduciary responsibilities and project scope.
