Job summary

JLL seeks a senior leader to manage Data Center cost engagements for existing clients and to drive new business with capital planning accounts across the mainland United States. The role requires proactive project management, deep knowledge of construction techniques and real estate markets, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and deliver strategic client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Aggregates and translates outputs into marketable deliverables (e.g. Case Studies, White Papers and quarterly metrics).
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within project cost management.
• Demonstrated competence in performing structured work assignments.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
• Ability to receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital planning team including active engagement with key clients / complex projects.
• Drive new business in dedicated accounts. Solutioning of the accounts will fall to the regional team leads.
• Partner with team members to execute complex projects through all stages.
• Present to key stakeholders across the project team.
• Understand and be able to relay local market pricing for material, labor, and equipment using published documents, historical data, and performing market studies.
