JLL is seeking a senior leadership professional to direct and manage complex data center project management services, leading a team of professionals and serving as the lead relationship manager for alliance clients.

You will oversee multiple high-value projects from conception through construction, mentor project managers, and contribute to business development while ensuring high client satisfaction and results.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for executive interactions and client management.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and data-driven decision making.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, scheduling, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation from pre-construction to delivery across data center projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and client-required documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage performance of consultants, vendors, and partners.
