Job summary

JLL seeks a VP of Technical Services for Data Centers to provide strategic leadership over critical facilities account management. You will guide a team of managers and operators, oversee MEP systems, vendor relationships, and construction project performance across a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time and on budget, maintaining strong client and tenant relationships, and ensuring service quality against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of critical electrical and mechanical systems for data centers.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems for data centers.
• Experience with architectural drawings and space planning concepts.
• Hands-on project management with on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ability to manage all construction project aspects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong interpersonal skills for executive-level interactions; able to communicate data clearly to clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel 20-45% and work at client sites in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Critical Facilities Managers and mission-critical operators across a global portfolio.
• Oversee MEP facilities management, vendor relationships, and building maintenance.
• Direct client relationships, contracts, and financial performance of projects.
• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with architects, space planners, MEP/AV consultants, and real estate brokers for renovations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and meet KPIs for service quality.
