Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a senior leader to manage Data Center cost engagements and drive capital planning for national accounts. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier client service across the U.S., with travel and close collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and cost management fundamentals.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Experience with capital planning and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital planning team for key clients and complex projects.
• Drive new business in dedicated accounts and manage risk.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality client service.
• Develop and implement best practices for cost management and FP&A alignment.
• Coordinate with global teams and maintain fiduciary responsibilities.
