Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior leader to manage data center cost engagements and drive new business with capital planning clients across the U.S. The role emphasizes project leadership, client service, and the development of teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing capital planning programs, mentoring staff, and coordinating with global teams. Travel is about 25% and a strong background in construction/real estate is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (QS/Architecture/Engineering/CM).
• 10+ years in estimator/cost management or capital planning or similar roles.
• Experience leading capital planning programs and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital planning team and engage with key clients.
• Drive new business in dedicated accounts and manage project programs.
• Oversee risk management, budgets, and schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members; serve as Team Lead.
• Communicate effectively with PDS leads and clients; manage fiduciary responsibilities.
