Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior leader to manage data center cost engagements and drive new business with capital planning clients nationwide. You will oversee the capital planning team, mentor staff, and ensure timely, accurate project delivery across multiple accounts.

This role requires extensive project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Travel approximately 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong cost management knowledge.
• Experience leading capital planning and complex programs.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage fiduciary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning team with active client engagement.
