Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior leader to manage Data Center cost engagements and drive capital planning for national accounts in the United States. The role demands proactive leadership, extensive project management experience, and strong analytical, communication, and fiduciary skills.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, developing and pursuing new business, and delivering innovative concepts to enhance service quality across multiple markets. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within project cost management.
• Ability to translate outputs into marketable deliverables (e.g. Case Studies, White Papers and quarterly metrics).
• Ability to receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital planning team including active engagement with key clients / complex projects.
• Drive new business in dedicated accounts.
• Partner with team members to execute complex projects through all stages.
• Present to key stakeholders across the project team.
• Understand and relay local market pricing for material, labor, and equipment using published documents and market studies.
• Accountability for client servicing.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement lessons learned and best practices.
