Responsibilities

• Cultivate deep, value-based relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and decision makers.
• Create and manage a consistent pipeline across portfolio for voice, non-voice, and digital growth.
• Create and deliver value-focused proposals that demonstrate meaningful business impact.
• Manage all strategic aspects of client relationships and account strategies.
• Communicate account plans and results to internal stakeholders across functions.
• Lead renewal strategies and identify opportunities for new revenue streams and cost optimization.
