Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions for Utilities to lead global relationships with C-level leaders, drive growth and ensure delivery excellence in a remote US environment. You will own client strategy, pipeline, proposals, renewals, and new offerings while coordinating with internal teams to maximize value, margin, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client-facing, enterprise account management with C-level Utilities clients.
• Proven track record of coaching a team to exceed goals.
• Strong financial and strategic planning experience with large Utilities clients.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic client development skills.
• Experience in customer experience call centers; BPO experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate value-based relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and decision makers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities across portfolio for voice, non-voice, and digital growth.
• Create and deliver proposals demonstrating value solutions aligned to business needs.
• Manage strategic aspects of client relationships.
• Communicate account strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Create value generating competitive advantage, cost savings or new revenue.
• Lead strategic growth plans and revenue forecasts for portfolio clients.
• Develop and execute new initiatives to drive renewals, retention, and new business.
• Analyze market trends and competitive threats to expand offerings.
• Track monthly client forecasts against revenue targets.
