Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions - Retail for a remote role in the US. Lead growth, value delivery, and executive relationships with Retail partners while shaping strategies to meet pipeline and revenue objectives.

You will manage opportunities end-to-end, craft compelling value proposals, and drive renewals with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of client-facing, enterprise account management with C-level Retail contacts.
• Proven track record coaching teams to exceed goals.
• Strong financial and strategic planning experience with large Retail clients.
• Extensive relationship-building and strategic client development.
• Experience in customer experience / BPO is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~50% in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive relationships to drive growth and profitable new business.
• Create and manage a consistent pipeline across voice, non-voice, and digital channels.
• Lead strategic client sessions and present value-driven proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals with favorable terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and renewals.
