Job summary

SheSpeaks is hiring a Vice President, Client Campaigns to lead our Campaigns organization and partner with senior clients. You will shape strategy, oversee influencer campaigns from kickoff to completion, and mentor a growing team across the U.S.

This is a remote role with a focus on exceptional client service, growth, and scalable processes. You’ll drive strategic client conversations, ensure timely delivery, and stay ahead of industry changes in creator content, media and AI-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership or client services within marketing.
• Proven track record building senior client relationships and trust.
• Experience leading complex influencer, digital or integrated campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong leadership of high-performing client-facing teams.
• Expertise in influencer marketing, creator content and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client, campaign and org challenges.
• Strategic and commercial mindset driving retention and growth.
• Curiosity about media, technology, automation and AI in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Campaigns organization delivering influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Maintain senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel and proactive solutions.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Sales and leadership to grow accounts.
• Set clear expectations, timelines and quality standards for campaigns.
• Build a high-performing team, mentor leaders and develop future leaders.
• Evolve the Campaigns function with scalable processes and innovative tools.
