Job summary

Brilliant seeks a Senior VP of Influencer & Celebrity to lead our Influencer & Celebrity department with staffing, strategy, and budget oversight. You will mentor the team, drive campaigns, and manage talent spend to deliver strong ROI across paid, earned, and affiliate channels.

You'll partner with senior clients, identify growth opportunities, and help shape new business pitches while building scalable programs and maintaining high standards of execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of influencer marketing experience in consumer products.
• Minimum 4+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to secure and manage celebrity talent partnerships.
• Experience leading campaigns across multiple consumer categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the influencer team, setting strategy, execution, and craft.
• Own the Influencer & Celebrity department budgets and talent spend.
• Serve as senior strategic partner to client marketing leads and grow accounts.
• Work with new business to craft pitches and growth opportunities.
• Build influencer programs aligned to business goals and measure KPIs.
