Skyword, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Client Partner to own a high-value portfolio of enterprise accounts in a remote-first environment.

You will act as a strategic advisor to marketing executives, guiding their Category Authority initiatives and elevating client outcomes from onboarding through performance and retention. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead executive negotiations, set strategic direction, and partner with sales to drive

Qualifications

• 15+ years in client/account management and strategy, agency/consultancy preferred.
• Ability to influence C-suite buyers on strategy and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of multi-format programs and AI-driven search ecosystems.
• Strong data literacy to translate metrics into business cases.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own health, quality, and value of content programs across the portfolio.
• Establish Category Authority framework models with Skyword leadership.
• Lead executive negotiations and retention strategies with C-suite executives.
• Maintain proactive communication with Executive Buyers.
• Drive renewals and expansion in collaboration with Sales.
