Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for clients and internal teams. You will mentor junior strategists, partner with Digital, Creative, Analytics & Insights, and Account groups, translating client goals into measurable programs across multi-channel campaigns.

Reporting to the EVP, Head of Strategy, you will guide cross-functional teams, shape compelling strategy narratives, and ensure excellence in new business engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions that address business challenges.
• Strong client-facing and senior-level relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EVP, Strategy to develop and implement strategic frameworks.
• Lead experience and engagement strategies aligning with client objectives.
• Mentor junior strategists and guide strategic thinking and client engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy is integrated into campaigns.
• Drive new business engagements and expand Highwire’s client base.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and measure performance against goals.
