Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Vice President, Client Partner to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts with extensive P&L responsibility. You will manage executive relationships at senior levels, align cross-functional teams, and drive growth across CRM, loyalty, data analytics, and martech capabilities.

You will own the strategy, defend revenue, and expand business with at least two new buying centers per book while reporting to the SVP, Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in client services, client management, or enterprise account leadership.
• Direct P&L accountability for accounts of meaningful scale.
• Executive relationships held personally at C-level.
• Alliance experience with platform partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts end-to-end: client satisfaction, revenue retention, margin quality, forecast accuracy, and year-over-year growth.
• Defend the contracted revenue base against erosion and showcase value quarterly.
• Drive revenue expansion through cross-sell and new buying centers.
• Set and own the account strategy and growth plan; chair the written plan.
