Job summary

Influential is seeking a Vice President, Client Management to lead client excellence and drive growth opportunities across the client portfolio. You will oversee the Client Management function, ensuring best-in-class creator-led campaigns while strengthening agency partnerships and guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires exceptional leadership, strong organizational navigation, and a client-first mindset rooted in Influential’s VBS model and ways of working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading client-focused teams in media/marketing or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and partners in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of creator-led content and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for agency leadership and key client stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day operational teams delivering campaign activations and client support.
• Manage client escalations and coordinate with SVP, Client Management when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales to expand existing client relationships and opportunities.
• Ensure margin delivery and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
