Job summary

Highwire seeks a dynamic Vice President of Integrated Marketing to act as the central orchestration lead for client accounts. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape integrated campaigns, and ensure delivery excellence across content, creative, and social disciplines.

You will translate client needs into strategic directions, manage multiple campaigns, and drive outcomes with data-driven optimization. This senior role offers remote/hybrid flexibility and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive integrated marketing experience in an agency context.
• Strong background in developing and leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience briefing creatives and production teams.
• Proven ability to guide project managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic contact for assigned key client accounts.
• Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel plans.
• Translate client objectives into actionable marketing approaches.
• Brief and collaborate with content, creative, and production teams.
• Oversee day-to-day work of an integrated team and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
