Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred.
• Ten (10) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.

• Expand and enhance the company's top line through diligent relationship building and maintenance with prospective clients across an area; meet sales goals, objectives and profit margins.
• Identify, develop and maintain internal and external relationships/partnerships.
• Facilitate development of new partnerships and oversee implementation to ensure smooth transition of new client programs.
• Develop detailed knowledge of prospect operations and target needs for opportunities to market company programs.
• Manage the design of service programs to fulfill client needs.
• Develop and implement an annual sales and service plan, including identification of potential client prospects and presenting the company's capabilities.
