• 10+ years of relationship-building experience in claims management or risk management or equivalent.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion.
• Willingness to travel as required; credential checks including credit background.

Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance Sedgwick's top line by building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients across the assigned area.
• Identify, develop, and maintain internal and external partnerships.
• Develop and implement annual sales and service plans including target prospects and delivery of Sedgwick programs.
• Manage design and delivery of client programs to fulfill needs and ensure smooth transitions.
