Job summary

MCI is seeking a remote call center representative to support our Get Out the Vote initiative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, document interactions, and follow client scripts to ensure accurate, timely responses.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, fluent English, strong typing (20+ wpm), and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Stable high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Document interactions accurately in systems.
• Follow scripts and procedures; ensure first call resolution.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Attend training and stay updated on program changes.
