Civitech is seeking a Client Success Support Specialist to be the primary contact for voters receiving election-related mail. This fully remote, seasonal role focuses on responsive service, accurate information, and empathetic problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication, active listening skills, and a customer-service mindset. Flexibility for hours including evenings/weekends is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client success or call center environments is preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening to understand voter inquiries and concerns.
• Strong customer service orientation for a positive experience.
• Ability to handle difficult or irate voters with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and call center technology.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing outreach efforts and procedures.
• Quick decision-making to resolve voter concerns or elevate them.
• Track record of achieving performance metrics (e.g., AHT and FCR).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, occasionally stressful call center settings.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Conversational Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Vietnamese, Punjabi, or Bengali is a plus.
