Job summary

MCI is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative to deliver outstanding customer support from a remote, work-at-home setup. You will answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers to solutions while maintaining a positive experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior call center or sales experience is a plus but not required.
