ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across assigned areas. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, ALSAC staff, and volunteers to tailor local strategies, grow community relationships, and sustain momentum year‑round.

This full‑time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, up to 30% travel, and a passion for volunteer engagement

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F Occasional weekends Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and execute them.
• Support stewardship strategies to maintain year-round engagement and meaningful volunteer experiences.
• Coordinate recognition events and leverage VOE tools for consistent volunteer experiences.
• Build relationships with territory staff, partners, and volunteers to sustain momentum.
