ALSAC seeks a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution. You will strengthen volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across territories, collaborating with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local partners to build targeted volunteer plans and sustained momentum.

The role emphasizes hands-on support for recruitment, stewardship, and recognition, using data dashboards and local events to drive meaningful volunteer experiences year-round.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in nonprofit volunteer programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Support stewardship strategies to maintain year-round volunteer engagement.
• Assist with recognition planning, including National Volunteer Week activities.
• Build relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks at the territory level.
• Support year-round momentum with local communications and events.
