Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories. This role partners with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, ALSAC staff, and Territory Area Leads to implement territory-specific strategies and maintain momentum throughout the year.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience, willingness to travel up to 30%, and

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F Occasional weekends Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains territory-and-area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provides hands-on support to territory teams for recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Supports stewardship strategies to deepen volunteer connections and engagement throughout the year, guiding staff and leaders in engagement best practices.
• Assists with recognition strategies and events, including National Volunteer Week, and uses dashboards and feedback to improve the volunteer experience.
• Builds relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations to strengthen market presence and momentum year-round.
• Partners with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks, tools, and training at the territory level and to tailor resources locally.
• Promotes consistent, welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experiences across assigned territories and supports local execution of recognition and engagement activities.
