ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, ALSAC staff, and local volunteers to tailor territory plans, build relationships, and sustain year‑round momentum through outreach, events, and recognition.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F; travel 30%
• Location: Reside in states including Colorado

Responsabilidades

• Territory Volunteer Recruitment Strategy: Support development and execution of territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and identify opportunities to engage local groups and networks.
• Stewardship and Engagement: Support territory-specific stewardship strategies to maintain volunteer connection and engagement year-round.
• Recognition and Volunteer Experience: Help plan recognition events and promote VOE tools to improve volunteer experience.
• Relationship Building and Local Momentum: Build relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations and customize local engagement approaches.
• Operational Support and Collaboration: Apply national frameworks and training resources at the territory level and share insights with VOE leadership.
• Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies and ensure consistent, mission-centered volunteer experiences across territories.
