ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory-level execution, helping recruit volunteers, steward relationships, and keep communities engaged across assigned territories.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, staff, and local volunteers to tailor recruitment, recognition, and engagement plans, ensure consistent mission-focused experiences, and maintain year-round momentum through outreach, events, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F Occasional weekends Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsabilités

• Territory Volunteer Recruitment Strategy: develop and execute territory- and area-specific recruitment plans.
• Stewardship and Engagement: guide territory teams to maintain year-round volunteer engagement.
• Recognition and Volunteer Experience: coordinate recognition events and optimize volunteer experiences.
• Relationship Building and Local Momentum: cultivate relationships with local partners and volunteers.
• Operational Support and Collaboration: apply national frameworks and customize resources at territory level.
• Key Responsibilities: support year-round engagement, training, and data-driven improvements.
