Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a results-driven Vision Care Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs). You will drive growth by promoting our contact lens portfolio and digital solutions, aligning offerings with patient needs and practices.

Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, executing effective calls, developing account plans, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B or comparable sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to identify customer needs and drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must reside within the territory or nearby; valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for up to 25% travel within the U.S.; remote field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls to ECPs with marketing materials.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers and growth.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate customer information.
• Coordinate ECP educational meetings and attend trade shows.
• Submit administrative reports on a timely basis; adhere to AdvaMed guidelines.
