Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Vision Care Territory Manager to drive growth with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners. The role focuses on contact lens products and digital solutions, including our e-commerce platform, with a travel requirement of up to 25% and territory coverage in Providence, RI.

The candidate will leverage Salesforce CRM, develop strategic plans, and demonstrate strong technical and clinical knowledge of Vision Care offerings while building strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales with a track record of meeting goals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant certifications.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics.
• Conduct sales calls with Eye Care Practitioners using materials and programs.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers to drive growth.
• Execute a strategic territory business plan to grow new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use CRM to track progress.
• Collaborate with distributors and attend sales meetings and trade shows.
• Coordinate ECP educational meetings and timely reporting.
