Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Vision Care in Rochester, NY. This remote field-based role covers a designated territory with up to 25% travel. You will drive growth through our contact lens portfolio, support ECPs, and align product solutions with patient needs.

Required are 2+ years of B2B sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to operate across a large geography. Relevant certifications and a driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Execute sales calls to Eye Care Practitioners in territory.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers.
