Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager (VTM) to partner with Eye Care Practitioners in the Boston area. This remote field-based role focuses on growing share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions and providing patient-focused solutions across ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE and our e-commerce platform.

The VTM will leverage Salesforce CRM, develop account plans, and collaborate with distributors to meet sales goals and drive sustainable growth within the territory.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; plan and manage customer accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• 2+ years of B2B or comparable sales experience, with a track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quotas and execution metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls to ECPs using marketing materials and programs.
• Develop account business plans for high-volume customers and sustainable growth.
• Formulate a strategic territory business plan to develop new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Vision Care products and competitive products.
