Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Vision Territory Manager to drive growth by partnering with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners within the designated territory. This remote field-based role requires up to 25% travel and resides within the territory.

You will manage calls, develop account plans, and promote our contact lens portfolio including ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE, and B+L Opal. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in B2B or equivalent sales with a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Ability to develop account plans and manage multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics set by sales leadership.
• Execute effective sales calls to Eye Care Practitioners to increase share of Bausch + Lomb prescriptions.
• Develop account business plans for high volume customers to create sustainable growth.
• Formulate a strategic territory plan to develop new customers and accelerate growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of Vision Care lines and competitive products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain customer information and progress.
• Collaborate with distributors to meet customer needs and align strategies.
• Attend national/regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Coordinate ECP educational meetings and submit reports on time.
• Adhere to AdvaMed guidelines.
