Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager to drive growth by partnering with independent and retail-affiliated Eye Care Practitioners within the designated territory. You will promote our ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE contact lenses and digital solutions to align with patient needs and practice goals.

The role requires field-based work with up to 25% travel and residence within the territory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong sales, CRM, and communication skills essential

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B or comparable sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to drive growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and execution metrics.
• Conduct effective sales calls with ECPs to grow share of contact lens prescriptions.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers and create sustainable growth.
