Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the US seeks a Vision Care Territory Manager in Boston, MA with remote field work and up to 25% travel. You will drive growth with Eye Care Practitioners by promoting ULTRA, Biotrue ONEday, INFUSE, and our e-commerce platform, delivering patient-focused solutions.

You will meet sales quotas, develop account plans, and use Salesforce to track progress. Strong presentation skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications may substitute.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B or comparable sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to identify needs and tailor solutions to drive growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and reside in territory.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Conduct effective sales calls with ECPs using materials and programs.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers.
• Execute territory business and call cycle plans.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of Vision Care offerings.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with distributors to meet customer needs.
• Attend national/regional meetings and trade shows.
• Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets.
• Submit timely administrative reports.
• Adhere to AdvaMed Guidelines.
