Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue and grow the ECP network in a designated US territory. You will apply consultative sales to build loyalty for our premium branded products, while delivering excellent service and technical support.

You'll plan territory activities, manage budgets, and utilize Salesforce and Power BI to forecast and track progress. Travel up to 90% of the time is required; candidates must reside in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years sales experience.
• Optical knowledge is valuable for understanding vision care.
• Computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle; ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and territory performance goals.
• Establish consultative relationships with Eye Care Professionals to grow branded product sales.
• Plan territory activities and document actions using corporate tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Collaborate with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing, Revenue Management and other internal teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the District Sales Manager for continuous improvement.
• Open new opportunities through account prospecting and new business acquisition.
• Develop and manage the customer pipeline with business partners.
