Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager to partner with Eye Care Practitioners across a remote field-based territory in the US, including Cedar Rapids, IA. You will drive growth in our contact lens portfolio and digital solutions, while maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with distributors.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Bachelor’s preferred, with opportunities to earn incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or industry experience OK in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to identify customer needs and drive sales growth within territories.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key metrics.
• Execute effective sales calls with ECPs using materials and programs.
• Develop account plans for high-volume customers to create sustainable growth.
• Coordinate call cycles and strategic territory plans to grow new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Vision Care products and CRM systems.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain customer data and progress.
• Attend meetings and trade shows; coordinate ECP educational events.
• Submit administrative reports in a timely manner; adhere to guidelines.
