Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Vision Territory Manager to partner with ECPs in Cedar Rapids, IA, driving growth through our contact lens portfolio and digital solutions. This remote field-based role requires up to 25% overnight travel within the territory, with strong emphasis on relationship-building and territory planning.

The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, capacity to develop business plans, and solid knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales with goal attainment and recognized results.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and drive growth in territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales quotas and key metrics.
• Conduct effective calls with Eye Care Practitioners to grow share.
• Develop high-volume account plans for sustainable growth.
• Coordinate call cycles and form strategic territory plans.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and clinical understanding of Vision Care lines.
