Hoya Vision Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Texas/Lewisville area, expanding Eye Care Professional accounts and increasing branded product sales through strategic planning, service excellence, and technical proficiency.

The role requires travel up to 75–90% to meet customers in person, with responsibilities including territory budgeting, pipeline management, and delivering quarterly business reviews while building trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years sales experience
• CRM experience (Salesforce) for planning
• Optical knowledge and experience valuable
• Microsoft Office skills (MS Suite)
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 90% within territory

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and grow territory sales volume
• Prospect for new ECP accounts and acquire new business
• Plan territory drive plans using Sales Force and Power BI
• Develop and manage customer pipeline with partners
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with KPI insights
• Establish product expertise and educate customers on Hoya Vision Care products
