Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our ECP accounts and drive branded product sales across an assigned territory. You will prospect for new business, build trusted advisor relationships, and execute on strategic plans to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires travel to meet customers in person, with up to 75% travel and overnights. Candidates must reside in the territory; remote work is supported from designated locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Salesforce or CRM experience forSales planning.
• Optical knowledge and experience are valuable for understanding the vision care market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for daily in-person visits.
• Capable of traveling up to 90% of the time.
• Residents in the territory are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and territory performance through prospecting and new business.
• Establish relationships with Eye Care Professionals and grow branded product sales.
• Plan territory visits using Sales tools and document key actions.
• Collaborate with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset with ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews with KPIs and insights.
• Becomes a product expert and share knowledge with customers daily.
