Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales for Hoya Vision Care products in a defined US territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, new business acquisition, and building trusted relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) to grow branded product sales and customer loyalty.

The position is remote and requires residence within the territory, with travel up to 90% of the time.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred.
13 years sales experience, preferably in health care or vision care.
Optical knowledge and experience are valuable.
Computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Must live in the territory and be able to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets and territory performance through prospecting and new business acquisition.
Establish relationships with ECPs to grow branded product sales and overall business.
Plan territory strategies using corporate tools and monitor progress to achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing, Revenue Management and other internal departments.
Demonstrate a growth mindset through feedback and coaching from leadership.
