Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and grow our ECP accounts in the assigned territory. The role focuses on new business development, consultative selling, and delivering exceptional customer experience across the Dallas, TX area and surrounding cities.

The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce and Power BI to manage the pipeline, budgets, and performance metrics, while collaborating with internal partners to ensure market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Optical knowledge is valuable for vision care
• Computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite)
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Able to travel up to 90% of the time
• Live in the territory

Responsibilities

• Leverages business acumen to meet or exceed sales targets in the territory
• Establishes relationships with Eye Care Professionals to grow branded product sales
• Uses corporate tools to plan territory strategies and track progress
• Collaborates with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing and Revenue Management
• Maintains a growth mindset through coaching and feedback
• Opens new opportunities via account prospecting and cold calls
