Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of Hoya Vision Care products in an assigned territory. You will acquire new Eye Care Professional accounts and expand existing ones through consultative selling, product expertise, and strategic planning.

The role requires daily in-person visits with up to 90% travel, residing in the territory, and strong CRM and data analysis skills to track performance and deliver quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for daily visits.
• Optical knowledge is valuable for vision care.
• Regular travel up to 90% within territory.
• Must live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and territory performance through account prospecting and new business acquisition.
• Establish relationships with Eye Care Professionals through consultative sales.
• Plan and execute territory drive plans; visit customers daily.
• Collaborate with Lab Partners, Customer Service, Marketing and Revenue Management.
• Provide quarterly business reviews with KPIs and insights.
• Develop product expertise and apply knowledge in customer interactions.
• Open new opportunities via cold calls and pipeline development.
• Manage customer pipeline with business partners.
