Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of Vision Care products across an assigned territory. The role includes acquiring new ECP accounts, expanding existing business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through product expertise and strategic planning.

Qualified candidates will travel up to 75–90% of the time, build trusted advisor relationships with ECPs, and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to execute territory plans and deliver quarterly insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of proven sales results and territory experience ideal.
Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required.
Optical knowledge and experience are valuable for vision care.
MS Office suite proficiency including PowerPoint for customer presentations.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed territory sales targets through new account acquisition and growth.
Build consultative relationships with Eye Care Professionals to grow branded product sales.
Plan territory activities and visits using CRM tools to drive quarterly business results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Deliver quarterly business reviews with metrics, KPIs, and insights.
