Job summary

CVS Health seeks a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a 6-month PRN, remote care role. Must be licensed in any US state and available 20+ hours weekly, including some weekends. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient care via a remote platform for patients aged 18 months and up.

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in any US state/district.
Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and practice independently.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients.
Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices; manage medications.
Document all patient care in an EHR per CVS Health policies.
Collaborate with Physicians, pharmacists, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
