Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic is seeking a remote, provider-level Family Nurse Practitioner for a 6-month PRN contract. The role delivers holistic, evidenced-based care to patients 18 months and older via a remote platform.

Requires an active NP license in any US state, 2+ years of medical experience, and strong communication skills; some markets may require Spanish. Master’s in FNP with NBC and state license mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with information management and technology.
• Spanish language skills may be required in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care via remote platform.
• Evaluate primary, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients 18 months+.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and contraception.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document care in an EHR per policy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external teams.
• Work with a care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Take initiative and advocate for patients.
